Digitalization projects-Eurofins adoption of PRINCE2

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, which provides a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries. The group is the world leader in food and pharmaceutical products testing and within the field of environmental laboratory services. This case study illustrates a pilot project to test the feasibility of digitally archiving documents that were currently held in paper storage. The project had challenging targets for cost savings. These goals were met by selecting PRINCE2 as project methodology, which delivered additional benefits in improving project delivery.
