ITIL User Group: ITIL 4 extension modules

Time: 17.00 Location: Regus Brussels City Centre, Avenue Louise 65, Box 11, Brussels Type: Workshop Language:

You have followed the course, passed the exam and are now a proud owner of an ITIL certificate. But what do you do next, how do you actually apply ITIL on a daily basis? ITIL is created to adopt and adapt, to tailor to your organisation, but that is easier than said. That is why we organize these user groups; getter the users together.

During this 7th session, we will speak about the newly launched ITIL extension modules:

  • What is this?
  • How can this be interested for me and my organisation?

ITIL is the most widely recognised framework for IT enabled services in the world. It supports organisations and individuals who want to gain optimal value from IT and digital services. It helps define the direction of the service provider with a clear capability model and aligns them to business strategy and customer needs.

ITIL provides comprehensive, practical, and proven guidance for establishing a service management system, and is utilised by 85% of Fortune 500 companies. It also provides a common language (glossary of terms) for businesses using IT-enabled services.

ITIL 4 is the evolution of this well-established framework, a flexible end-to-end IT/digital operating model for the delivery and operation of tech-enabled products and services. The ITIL 4 framework helps organizations meet the digital transformation challenges of our times, that are relevant not only to ITSM professionals, but also to a wider range of professionals working in the digital world.

Purpose of QRPs ITIL User Groups

The ITIL User Group is aimed at those with profound experience in ITIL (v3 or 4). It is highly encouraged to share your own experiences/challenges in implementing ITIL.

The ITIL User Group is made for professionals like you and we also count on your input during the session. QRP creates the platform and has a professional trainer assisting this session to provide support if needed.
