QRP international decision to work towards ISO 9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates our commitment to continually improving our services. To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant, the QRP team underwent an extensive company-wide audit that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment. Non-conformances have not been identified along the assessment.
ISO is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world. QRP International were audited by Bureau Veritas, and were presented with their certificate in August 2019.

I was especially proud to learn that we had to make minimal changes to our systems in order to achieve the ISO accreditation as we have been working on improving our systems all the time.
