ITIL Transformation (Version 5) Course

ITIL Transformation (Version 5) is about making change stick. It covers how to plan, run and sustain a transformation, and how to keep it on track once the initial energy has faded and the day job takes over again.

It is required for all three ITIL (Version 5) paths – Practice Manager, Managing Professional and Strategic Leader – but you only take it once, and it counts towards every one of them. To take it you need any ITIL 4 certification or ITIL Foundation (Version 5).

• How to measure progress and learn as you go, rather than only reviewing at the end
