About the User Group

This user group aims to bring similar backgrounds and profiles together to discuss specific topics within IT Service Management.

During these sessions we ask experts to discuss their user case, before opening the floor to the other participants in a break-out discussion format.

Speaker: Luis Miguel MALDONADO FRANCO, head of Professional Services at EVS Broadcast Equipment.

Topic: Introduction of ITIL Best Practices in Broadcast

Luis Miguel will provide a high-level look at the introduction of ITIL best practices within a broadcast environment. It will touch on the practical aspects of aligning established service management principles with the unique needs of the industry, and offer reflections on lessons learned so far.

After his presentation we will address some discussion topics in small groups. We invite every attendee to participate and share their experience and opinion. We will also schedule some time for a general Q&A session.
