You have followed the course, passed the exam and are now a proud owner of an ITIL certificate. But what do you do next, how do you actually apply ITIL on a daily basis? ITIL is created to adopt and adapt, to tailor to your organisation, but that is easier than said. That is why we invited a speaker to share a real casestudy.

During this fourth session, we invited ITIL user Alexander Vinokurov to share a case study of how ITIL is being used to improve the cooperation between ICT and business at Lineas ICT. He will present the following case:

How ITIL 4 has helped Lineas ICT to professionalize and get into a better co-creation game with Business

QRP International has a long experience in organising training for project, programme and portfolio managers. QRP has assisted many professionals and their organization in setting up and running a PMO. Following a training is a first step in getting inspired. Translating this inspiration into practice is the second step and in traditional training, this is not part of a course and each delegate is left alone. The road to successfully implementing what you have learned is often hard and lonely as a strategic PMO is just a few (or even one) persons within a large organisation.

Holding the PMP certification is like winning the golden medal of project management. Within the field of project management being PMP certified is the ultimate goal. PMP is not a methodology, but an approach to project management in general. Getting PMP certified is not easy and asks for perseverance. However, both you and your organisation will gain immensely in knowledge, experience and expertise.

If PMP is correctly implemented it can solve many different types of PM related problems. However, how to implement PMP, how to use the different processes and how to reach the expected outcomes, are frequently asked questions. We invited a group of experts to discuss PMP related topics divided into three pillars:

  • Implementation of PMP and related practices
  • PMP and Agility
  • The new PMBoK (7th edition) and the new PMP exam

The experts will discuss amongst each other, but we also ask the audience to interact. Your questions are not only welcome, they are needed to make this an interactive event.

Curious about the PMP certification? Don’t hesitate and join us online!

ITIL is created to adopt and adapt, to tailor to your organization, but that is easier than said. That is why we invited an expert to share a real casestudy.

During this third session, we invited ITIL expert Joost Bertrem to share a case study of the appliance of ITIL 4. He will share his experience and answer any questions you may have. We hope that this case study shows how versatile ITIL 4 is and how easily it can be applied to make fast improvements.

Topic:
ITIL4 embraces in its framework new ways of working such as Lean. This was inevitable in order to create services and value streams in a digital economy. Rigid processes have to be adapted to address the challenges of a changing business environment which can be volatile and uncertain. In this webinar we demonstrate how you can create lean value streams. We do this in a pragmatic way by using a real life case.

The ITIL User Group event is aimed at those with profound experience with ITIL (v3 or 4). It is highly encouraged to share your own experiences/challenges with ITIL.
