Many Change Agents come from roles in HR, Project Management or Internal Communications. Experience in the field, combined with specific training and advanced soft skills, is the key to advancing to roles with greater responsibility.
For those just starting out, entry-level credentials such as Agile Change Agent are useful. Next, Change Management Practitioner and Design Thinking.
The Change Manager designs and guides the entire change process: defining strategy, phases, stakeholders, communication and resistance management, ensuring that the change is successfully implemented.
